i saw him in the wound care center. He looked at the wound which the nurse had already cleaned and measured and said to give me an antibiotic and put such and such cream on the dressing. that was it. For that he put in to Medicare for $1200., which he did not get that much, but it was an exhorbitant amount.

Avoid at all cost! I had appendicitis had him as my surgeon he supposedly removed it. One year in pain and had to go back to the er only to find out he left part of it in and that grew a tumor. Now I'm sitting waiting and hoping cancer did not spread because of his negligence. Do yourself a favor and avoid him!

Dr. Szauer is one of the compassionate and caring Surgeons. He, has been my Doctor for 3years plus. He saved my life with my neck and when I need surgery this January. He, is absolutely amazing. He cares for his patients and the only Dr. I know that gives you his phone. He's their when you need him. His beside manner and his kindness shows through. I wish the world had more doctors like him. He's easy to talk to and he listens. He's truly a God send. I have nothing but love and respect.

Over 2 years ago I had a hernia surgery and the hernia came back about a month after the surgery. Two years later and now I have to go to surgery again because they can't find the mesh that was put in and my intestines are somehow mixed up with the hernia. My advice is to not do the surgery with this doctor. He told me it would just be a tiny incision and it looks like he did an exploratory operation. BEWARE!

The worst dr that I ever seen!! He even asked one exam to find out if my hernia was big or small. He just told me that I had to made the surgery in 2 weeks. On the next day after the surgery my hernia looks worst than before. I passed 40 days with one bandage to force the hernia stay inside (what don't work, I still have the hernia) and I feel pain since the surgery until now. It already past 6 months
