Dr Carter was appointed to my mother for a cancer procedure. My mom said ,”When I met her she was like an angel!”;”Just sweet spirited.” I could see that my moms worries were gone after her first meeting with Dr Carter. After the successful surgery Dr Carter gave me a call and I could feel what my mother felt on the phone. Thank you Dr Carter and we thank God for you.

Dr. Carter is an excellent doctor. We have talked about her so many times at home about how much we enjoy seeing her. Whenever I need to talk to someone at the office or need a call back it doesnt happen. After we call 3 days in a row and leave 3 messages we finally get a response from the office around the 4th day - or the following week. Over the past year this has been every time we've needed to talk to someone. The doctor is great. The office is difficult and demeaning as a patient/family.
