I love Dr. Leon. I adore him! His receptionist and office manager are incredibly nasty. I am ready to look for another pediatrician.
This is a very hard decision for us to make, however we feel it is time to find another pediatrician. This is so sad, considering my husband and his sister are former patients of his from the 80s.

Is is RIDICULOUS !!!!Dr, Leon is a great person ; HOWEVER, DO NOT GO THERE, unless you want to wait for nearly 3 hours. The ladies in the office have not compassion for your time. They skip your appt and will attend someone else that comes WAY AFTER you. Is is not acceptable.

Great doctor, WORST STAFF EVER!!!! Can never keep a receptionist!! Because of that, they lose the children’s RECORDS!!! His girlfriend is a total WACKO!!! Lost my child’s records 3 TIMES!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!! Waste of time!!!

Dr. Leon is great., but the lady in charge or the administrator and the remaining of the staff are very unprofessional. I scheduled appointment for my son and can’t make for a specific reason. I called to informed them to reschedule, the lady in charge is forcing me to make it to the appointment or else the office will charge me $25. After the same lady harassed me in my last appointment to make that appointment because they have not seen my son often.

His lack of attention and diagnosis after 3 visits turned out to be that my daughter had bacterial meningitis and almost lost her life. I was told “just give her Tylenol” at 3 months. Even worse NO follow up while she was admitted to and pediatric ICU and hospital for 21 days and never heard from him again! Not the person I want taking care of my kids! Beware!

I was on vacation and had gone to MD now and was told my son had a cough. I called Saturday morning Dr Leon’s office and he waited for me and it turned out my son had Pneumonia and was in the ICU for 5 days. Dr. Leon saved my son’s life. He’s an amazing pediatrician. Only met him once and once was enough to be grateful for a lifetime!

Dr. Leon has been our pediatrician for almost 22 years! He is compassionate & caring. I have been in the medical field for 36 years I think I know a great doctor when I find one. My kids, who are both in college now feel Dr. Leon is part of our family, they adore him! Not only did he treat them physically but often spoke to them about life and the importance of a great education., treating the whole child mind & body. Now my grandson is a patient! Dr. Leon is simply THE BEST!

I became a widow when my two boys were 4 and 6. Thank GOD Dr Leon was my pediatrician at the time...For years I worried that my kids could have inherited their father's disease and Dr Leon always understood me and was compassionate with me. Dr Leon my kids, my mom and I LOVE ?? YOU!

LET ME BEGIN WITH THE DR...HE IS AMAZING!!!!! LOVE HIM! BUT HIS STAFF IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY!!!! I DECIDED TO SWITCH DRS ITS BEEN 3WEEKS THAT I REQUESTED MEDICAL RECORDS AND THE NEW DR HASNT RECEIVED THEM. MY NEW DR CALLED AND THEY TOLD THEM THAT WE HAVENT BEEN SEEN IN OVER 1 YEAR(WHICH IS A LIE) SO CHART IS IN WAREHOUSE, WHICH BY LAW YOU ARE TO KEEP CHARTS FOR 7 YEARS!!! LIES, LIES, LIE! WORST OFFICE STAFF!

Although Dr. Leon may be a great doctor, with wonderful skills, including awesome bedside manners that set you right at ease, his office staff's performance leaves a lot to be desired. They are slow, not knowledgeable about their patients' needs, unprofessional, and absolutely unskilled in performing their respective tasks. This is a personal observation over several months. I love the service from Dr. Leon, but his staff's incompetence may lead me to look elsewhere for my family...??
