Dr. Luciano saw me in St. Anthony's hospital but I never saw him. Seems I had a problem after surgery in 2016. I have since been diagnosed with lung issues and see him every 6 months. He and his staff are fantastic. I have never waited more than 15 minutes. The doc and his nurse are friendly, comforting, funny and helpful in every way possible. Dr. Luciano answers all my questions and spends the time I need with me.

Called to schedule an appt with referral from primary after waiting 9 days and never heard from them, was told they do not acknowledge referrals or respond to them. Was told earliest appt was 4 months out. Girl answering phone seemed like I was a bother and could care less. This is a doctors office. Glad I found out now as need a doctor who cares and sure made to feel like I interrupted her lunch or something. Was told to tell my primary they do not "do referrals" sure will let him know!!!
