A bad experience with Dr. Moles office manager
My Dr is Dr. Collazo which is a nice, competent and polite person. In my last visit with him I was given my lab orders for the next visit which I lost. so I decided to go and pickup the lab orders to schedule the next doctor visit. The front office clerk told me that I needed to see the doctor for that purpose and would not see the doctor without any lab work to discuss. The she decided to call the office manager which is Dr. Mole's wife. She said the same thing to me and I responded that just needed the lab order to schedule and a follow up appointment thereafter. She suddenly went ballistic and raising her voice very loud said 'If you do do not do it my way you can leave as of now opening her eyes widely. She was so rude and nasty that I left immediately and decided to never come back there. I imagine that this office will lose many patients with so terrible uneducated manager mistreating her MEDICARE advantage patients so badly and losing easy money at the same time.

GOOD DOCTOR, VERY NASTY STAFF, AVOID
Very nasty staff, Especially Medical assistant Yari, very nasty human being, avoid that medical practice, She treat you as bad,as possible even yell at you, you need to call or go to the office for prescription refill many times, they only care about your insurance money, not your health , i was totally mistreated today, i will look for a different primary doctor as well

Horrible staff
I would give it zero stars if I could, I have called this place several times since my fiancée had his residency medical exam done and everytime i called they would say they don’t know where the paperwork is, today I called because they told me they would call me back and the lady that answer the phone told the other lady that works with her while with me on the phone that I was being rude as F just because I was frustrated at the lack of professionalism, when I told her I heard her and understood her she then said the papers were not lost and that they had been ready for over a month and I never answered their call when I have no calls from them whatsoever, she the proceeded to tell me I was irresponsible and careless otherwise I would have seen the calls which I never got, she continued to say I was upsetting her because I kept asking questions and not accepting what she said, also told me she doesn’t care if I cannot make it or not to the specific hours they have setup for exam

Very convenient location and excellent service
Drs. are commited with my health since I have more than one medical condition. Staff always willing to assist and solve my medical issues. Location is close to everywhere and parking is safe and easy access.

Good Clinic
Very good clinic, the doctors and staff are very concerned about my condition and the case manager handles all my prescriptions accurately. I don´t need to worry about refills anymore. The location is very convenient.

Very unprofessional. Several times forgot to send my prescription to pharmacy and then sent it wrong. Took days to sign papwrwork. Necessary for my job. Highly not recommened.

He is the most kind and caring Doctor I've ever had. He is intelligent and very compassionate. He is never in a rush and truly listens to his patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He has been my "rock" when I've been scared and has treated me appropriately for my diagnosis. The very BEST in Healthcare professionals.
