No one answers or returns calls
I have called 4 times and left a message to schedule a new patient appointment. So far no one has returned my call. Very bad practice. I guess he doesn’t care about his potential patients.

Dr. Pando is so patient with each of his patients. He explains things in a way that non-medical folks can understand. I wish I'd had a Rheumatologist many years ago. He is very knowledgeable. I really like him as a person as well as a doctor.

Inflated egos. Rude reception. Only redeeming quality is that they are close. Not a good enough reason to accept subpar treatment.

Jennifer was great so this review doesn't reflect her. She was great and gave some very helpful tips and really seemed to care. Unfortunately, their policy was for me to see Dr. Pando about six weeks later. He completely dismissed me. He called me fat and said I'm too young to have the autoimmune diseases I have. I have three doctors who have diagnosed me (primary, endocrinologist and neurologist) and they wanted me to see a rheumatologist to help manage my illnesses and the symptoms. After completely dismissing me, he said without any testing or even reading my files that I'm too young and he won't see me again, and now they won't even let me continue to see Jennifer either. This place is a joke. If you can see Jennifer, you're in good hands. If you want to be insulted and dismissed, by all means see Dr. Pando.

I was there to see him & in the beginning I was impressed he was very informative &happy to explain information. However, I kind of felt all the information was overwhelming. This was my 2nd visit to his office but my 1st seeing him. He never even reviewed my chart & didn't even know why I was there. I feel because of my age I was brushed off. I had emailed the office afterward twice with some questions and concerns, heard nothing back. I also called a min 5X and nobody at all has contacted me

The first time I met Dr. Pando I was pleased with the how fast he got things started. The lab tests and my treatment, What I've gotten every since is compassion and hope through Dr. Pando. Relief from pain, and he's giving me options with diet and execise. I'm so happy my family doctor refered me to Dr. Pando.

Called for an appointment 8/17/2016 at 1230pm. Left detailed message. No return call until 8/18/2016 0930. By this time made an appointment with another rheumatologist. Delay in return call unacceptable and perhaps a preview of how patients' may be dismissed when treated.

My experience with Dr. Pando was not good. Frequently cancelled appointments with me. Often shuffled me off onto an inexperienced nurse who could not read or understand my labs or Xrays. Once, when I had been waiting for 40 minutes for my appointment, walked right past me and out the door with a drug-company-rep, talking about which restaurant they were going to go to. Told me I did have RA, put me on RA drugs for years. Then told me I didn't have RA. Told me to relax and get a massage.

Horrible service provider. Does not actually see patients but instead defers them to his nursing staff, which would be OK except that you are paying to see a rheumatologist, not a nurse. Does not actually do any of the work he's being very well paid to do. Staff are rude and inconsiderate, probably the most unprofessional humans you will ever encounter. Prepare to be disappointed.
