From the desk with Katrina to the back to see Dr Pinto is always very friendly environment.Dr Pinto is a good listener never in the rush.Dr Pinto spends time to listen to every detail and complains you have during your visit and makes plan of care with you to solve the issue.

There just aren't doctors anymore who care about their patients like Dr. Pinto does! Anytime I have questions or a problem with my health, Dr. Pinto is on top of it and is there to help me in any way he can. Once I needed prior authorization for a prescription and the doctor spent hours on the phone so I could receive my medication. That is unheard of these days, and I am just one of his patients, but that just shows the kind of doctor he is and how he cares for each and every one of his patients. If you need a family doctor, Dr. Pinto is simply the best. All of the other providers are amazing as well. The girls up front are always helpful and will get back to you if need be.

Dr. Pinto is an amazing, caring and wonderful doctor. I feel very comfortable talking to him. I trust him completely on his advice. I love it that he takes his time with me and explains everything. He was proud of me when my bloodwork came back so much better. I have had many medical problems and he has helped me thru all of them. The entire office staff are very helpful. Dr Pinto has been my parents doctor for many years. I just met him and I can honestly say he is a very compassionate, caring, knowledgable doctor ive met in quite a while. Im very impressed with the way he is handling my dads care. He answered all my questions, he didnt rush us. He was concerned and went out of his way. He stands up for his patients. If i lived closer he would also be my doctor! I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. Thank you Dr Pinto!

Dr. Pinto has been treating me since i contracted 2 infections from martin memorial hospital in 2005. He by far has saved my life many times over, made great sacrifices (cancelled his fathers day vacation because i was in dire sickness at St Lucie Medical Center in 2006), and has treated me, and my mother with the utmost professionalism and compassion. He has medical students & a very knowledgeable ARNP who does a thorough job of asking questions & examining the patient. Then he relays his findings to the Dr. & if it is pain medicine the Dr. will send in the prescription to the pharmacy.

Excellent doctor! Listens VERY WELL, takes his time with you, follows up! So knowledgeable on so many issues. My husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his PA Emily Stone.

Front desk is inept and jeopardizes wellness by not following doctor instructions or acting expeditiously and accurately when needed. Expect to see doctor every other visit - regardless of request. Caveat: what you say to Doc. may not be related to PA and visa-versa. No follow-up by staff or Doctor. Was not referred to specialist until stage 4 - Doctor is very much aware of the situation and is unwilling or unable to correct it. Just check the statistics of 3.8.

Dr Pinto is the best doctor I have ever had. I was recently hospitalized and had major surgery and. he came to see me in the hospital every day! He is kind and very caring and an excellent diagnostician. His PA Emily is also excellent. I credit both of them for saving my life!

I have been with Doctor Pinto since 2004 and he is a wonderful doctor. He cares about his patients. You can speak to him so much and he listens and helps so much. He truely cares about all his patients. There are some doctor's who are not like this and I was very very happy that he was. Any issues I have had he has helped and sent me for tests and certain doctors for other health issues. This is a kind and caring man. His wife is also there and is a fantastic beautiful woman. She is caring and works there too. They are also wonderful Godly people. And the girls that work there are sweet. So folks if your looking for a caring doctor who cares for older patients go to Dr. Pinto and you will be satisfied.

Dr. Pinto is compassionate, empathetic, concerned for his patients, thorough with patient care, and just the sweetest, kindest person you'll meet. He speak with a soft, kind voice and his beside manner is superb! He takes his time to listen and educate and I would recommend him to all my family and friends. I am so glad my friend referred me to him as he now cares for me, my mom, and my sister(she will see him soon). I am an RN and have been exposed to many physicians and I can honestly say, he is one of the gems of his profession.

Dr. Pinto is very thorough and I have never felt that he was rushing me in any way. I feel fortunate to have found him.

I wanted to like this doctor more than I ended up doing. I found that matters the doctor and his current PA thought were of concern, were ignored or dismissed at my next appointment, which was confusing. His reception/front office staff is not good. They weren’t friendly or welcoming and information I asked for was never forthcoming. At least pretend you’re concerned, even if it’s not sincere! Image is everything. Prescription dosages were changed without notice or explanation, in spite of repeated inquiries.

We have been patients of Dr.Pinto about 2 years. My husband and I appreciate the fact he takes time to explain everything and takes time to answer Questions.He has great bedside manner.When my husband was in hospital he made sure we knew everything that was being done in regards his care. He and Pa Emily are GREAT!!!
