Dr. Jose Pozo, MD

If this Dr cared about his reputation and making patients feel comfortable, he would focus on how rude his staff is. They have zero phone etiquette. You do realize that people with anxiety, autism come to see neurologists right? Why would you have such rude staff? Who ever the office manager is here needs to be sent for retraining, I have been a nurse for 23 years and I have come to know your staff is just as important as the Dr. and due to this staff, not only will I take my son elsewhere, I will make sure when my patients ask me and my docs ask… I steer clear of this office.

Dr. Pozo is an excellent doctor. He cared for my mother for many years and now I am a patient of his. He is kind and compassionate. He takes the time to listen to you. He is thorough and accurate. His office is clean and the staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend him.

This Doctor was not only very rude but told me he wouldn't treat me because he "doesn't treat patients with Multiple Sclerosis" (which by the way I don't have. I have been a registered nurse for more than 30 years and have never seen or heard anything so unprofessional. Patients need to be aware and pick up your medical records.

Unfriendly staff. Would never visit office again. Had to call multiple times to even get an appointment. Would not refer to this doctor

Dr. Is very caring dr. Who explains everything to you and tries to help you with your problems. Staff is great also!!!!!

It is a waste of your time and energies to go see this doctor. He was very unprofessional, does not return calls as promised, and staff was not helpful. I got tired of trying to make him do his job and found another doctor who actually cares about their patients and I strongly suggest that you do the same

I am writing this survey on behalf of my mother who was a patient of Dr Pozo for several years. He did absolutely NOTHING to identify or diagnose her condition. By the time, I convinced my dad to take her elsewhere for another opinion, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She started having some memory loss and doing various odd things which we found out later were early signs of her condition. Dr Pozo kept insisting she was fine, just to exercise her brain more. THANKS FOR NOTHING POZO!!!!!

Dr. Pozo along with other physicians saved my life. I developed Guillian-Barre and when I saw him he immediately took charge and took care of me. He was wonderful with my husband who was very upset.
