Dr. Jose Rodriguez, MD

The doctor and staff are very warm and friendly. Dr Rodriguez will spend as much time with you as you need, and that is unheard of in this day and age. I highly recommend this office for your medical needs.

Some of the people that work in the office are ridiculously uncaring, when you call the office for help they disregard what you're asking them to do like you're not important your health is not important which is really sad this is the second time this has happened to me since I've been in this doctor's office The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this time I called them very nicely asked them to please transfer and call in a prescription to a new pharmacy because I needed it immediately and if they called it in by Friday I would have had my prescription by Monday morning they disregarded that felt it was unimportant and just didn't plain do it. So now I'm without an inhaler which helps me to breathe because of their insubordination and they expect you not to get upset or not to let this bother you when your life is on the line and they can careless it's unfortunate that people like this work in a doctor's. I guess decent help is hard to find so sad!

They were on time with no waiting and everyone there was pleasant and helpful. Very pleased with how I was treated. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed on my new patient appointment. Highly recommend.

Very caring and concerned. Very patient and seems happy to answer all concerns and questions. Seems very knowledgeable and trustworthy. My husband and I are pleased to have him for our Doctor.
