You are required to email insurance info before they will even talk to you on the phone. I did for my daughter. Never heard back. 3 weeks later I called to check up on this and they don't answer the phone. You need to leave a message. 3 days later and still no return call. This is behavioral health with compromised patients heading towards potential crisis and you can't speak to an actual person. Unreal.

He's very easy to talk to as he is an intense listener never to cut you off or rush you out the door. He has such a calm demeanor and soothing tone making for a great Doctor/Patient relationship. In the past I have felt like I was a number and/or have left never having finished my feelings.
