The best dr
I absolutely love Dr Angelo and his entire office. He is genuine, he takes his time with you and he helps you find out what’s going on from a whole body perspective. He doesn’t just push medicine he actually checks vitamins levels, talks about nutrition and well being. I’ve been with him since I was 21 (13 years) and I will never switch!

Wasted patient visits...
Follow-up appointment to determine if prescription for Cholesterol mediation was effective. Had to make an appointment just to get blood work request submitted. Wouldn't submit for blood work prior to follow-up appointment to have results on hand to review. Waster appointment. Also wanted to charge over $100 to print patient records. Only interested in Co-pay for wasted visit...

Dr. Angelo has been my doctor for years, and he and his staff has been nothing but good to me. The ladies at the front desk makes you feel very comfortable, and Dr. Angelo explains everything to you. And he will make sure you understand. I have never had a problem with him. I will continue to go to him. I have been to other doctors, but he is the one I am most comfortable with. No complaints from here.

Today I went to Dr. Joseph Angelo office today to pick up my sister Medical Record. I need to sent it to Social Security. I can't believed they charge my sister $114.00 for her copy for her medical record. They did not use a portal system at all so you can get your our record on line. Do Not Use Him at all

Recently had an interview with the doctor. I made special time out of my day to interview on short notice and as soon as the doctor spotted me, he completed my interview in 3 minutes and rushed me out the office. I was shocked. Not to mention, his communication with his staff was observed to be poor. I hope whatever provider he chooses can teach him a thing or two about valuing someone else’s time and communication.

The front desk staff and medical assistant are amazing! They make every visit fun. Glad he finally got rid of that horrible old staff from a few years ago. They made every visit a nightmare.

I have been a patient of Dr. Angelo's since 1999 and he has always taken extremely great care of me. I have Lupus and a number of other related illnesses have he has followed for years. Yes, he has in the past had front office issues that I have also brought to his attention and he listens. He now has a new, very professional staff and they are a pleasure to deal with. So now, Dr. Angelo and his staff are working together to provide superior service to all his patients!!!

Poor. Ordered tests not authorized duplicating Pre-Surgery Tests performed same day by UMMS. I was hounded by his associates he told to call me to do these duplicate tests. I was appalled by his lack of professionalism
