I saw Dr. Beshay as a 2nd opinion (UTSW was 1st opinion) to ACDF surgery. I didn't want to be scared into a surgery and wanted to make sure I knew of all options available. I was very lucky because it turned out I had a severe disc eruption of C5-6 causing a significant cervical stenosis. He was very thorough in his assessment and explained why surgery was the only option. He showed me details of my images that helped me understand my diagnosis and potential risks. He also explained the techniques he uses that have shown the best outcome for his patients. All these positive reviews are absolutely true! The entire staff at Medical City Dallas Hospital are so caring, kind and made this the best hospital experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Beshay for all your spinal needs!

He was very thorough. He looked at the studies that had been done and explained in very clear language why I didn't need surgery and what procedures could help with my multiple problems. Further, he helped me understand my problems better.

In deciding upon a Neurosurgeon I looked at reviews to locate one I wanted to use. Wanted to be sure to leave a review concerning Dr. Beshay. He is excellent. From my initial visit he explained everything concerning the problem with my spinal cord, what I should be considering and time frame to make that decision. He ensured I understood the situation clearly. He even called me three weeks after that visit to see how I was doing with the process. I had the surgery and will never regret it. The nurses before, and after the surgery at Medical City Dallas were excellent. My follow up visits with Dr. Beshay are very beneficial to my continued improvement. He offers the choice of in home services and therapy after the surgery. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind about recommending Dr. Beshay to anyone who needs his services and expertise.

Dr Beshay is a fabulous doctor and very kind and caring. He first worked on my sons neck and got him thru a horrible time but his surgery was a lifesaver he is just wonderful. I have neck issues now and he is helping me get thru the different phases of degeneration and the pain associated with it and takes the time to walk thru every detail so i understand what i must do now about the process and how to be proactive . I am 65 and have used alot of doctors i highly recommend DrBeshay if u have neck or back or brain issues

I have been seeing Doctors for years all over from OH, NY, TX. Dr Beshay Stood up between his peers. I trust him to make the decisions when it comes to my Spine. He is very thoughtful and does not leave any stone unturned, he is very pleasant down to earth human being, makes you feel relaxed gives you the time you deserve when you go for visits .

Excellent Surgeon, He removed a Brain Tumor in Dec 2019 Stayed in contact threw out follow up treatments, ( Radiation & Chemo) Recommended a possible procedure at MD Anderson in Houston, where they recommended another surgery, I told them I would consult with Dr. Beshay, he is the only one I would trust to perform the surgery. I would recommend anyone needing this type of surgery, that they visit with him before making any decision.

All around excellent experience: from the receptionist at the check-in counter; to the nurse that greeted me and took my vital readings; to the informative status check-up with Dr. Beshay; completed with the staff member at the check-out desk. All were very professional, informative and customer friendly. This was my third appointment with Dr. Beshay: of which, all my experiences have been consistent.
