Dr. Castellano was very professional and offered real information of the results I would likely end up with based on my body type. He didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear to get my money. The results are amazing and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a cosmetic procedure. The office staff were truly amazing and very friendly, as well. It was always a pleasure walking into the office and being greeted by staff that treated you more like a friend rather than just a customer.

Best doctor I have ever been to, hands down. I have never had a more caring, patient, and attentive doctor than Dr. Castellano. I have had two procedures done by him, and after each one, he personally calls me to check on me. That is such a rarity these days. His staff is beyond wonderful, especially Pam. She is so knowledgable about the procedures and is genuinely concerned about your recovery. I just can't say enough great things about Dr. Castellano and his staff! Highly, highly recommend.

Breast Augmentation - I interviewed with 3 doctors after doing months of research. Dr.Castellano and his staff stood out in many ways. I feel that my INDIVIDUAL needs were really taken into consideration when deciding size. I have already sent several friends and family to his clinic as well for various procedures. I went to Dr. Castellano by reference of friend. I had a very bad experience with another well known Tampa doctor with my breast augmentation. After years of pain, I wanted them removed. I went to Dr.Castellano and I am so glad that I did. He did an amazing job and made sure the procedure was done with the least amount discomfort afterwards. The incision is so small you can barely see it. Staff is wonderful and they make the experience a pleasant one. He has passion for what he does and it shows

I was introduced by a client/ friend, who had a poorly done procedure (by different Plastic surgeon) corrected by Dr. Castellano. She knew I had several consults and I haven't found anyone I trusted. After 2 consults with Dr Castellano I booked my surgery, and have since had the procedure. It's been one week and I'm happy about my choice in surgeons, the work is beautiful!
