Dr. Joseph Chebli, MD

Superior attitude, no empathy, arrogant and rude. Self-important to the extreme. I was not allowed to ask questions or express concerns. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I thought he may have been rushed or having a bad day, however, his behavior was the same during a second visit. Needless to say - STAY AWAY!

I had my surgery November of 2023. I only experienced pain on the first day. After that, it was as though I never had surgery ! From the start, he explains every single step IN DETAIL. Yes, he is very direct, however, its for your own benefit. If you follow his instructions , you will definitely be successful in this life changing journey. I have the upmost respect for his skill & this man. His office staff couldn’t be any nicer, supportive & helpful. Don’t hesitate to call if you’re considering Bariatric surgery. I’m so glad I did!!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Chebli and his entire team. He and his staff are professional, supportive, informative, and don’t ever make you feel pressured or insecure. I never experienced nausea and the majority of pain I felt was related to soreness. I stopped taking pain medicine after my 1 night stay in the hospital. I spoke with multiple surgeons prior to deciding to do the surgery. As soon as a I met with Dr. Chebli, I knew I wanted to be his patient. He is a great physician. If you’re considering bariatric surgery, he is the person to go to.

I love Dr Cheiko and his office staff. Everyone is so kind. He really knows what he is doing and is there to help you through the process. I have noticed where people get upset is when they do not listen to his directions. Everyone’s body is different but this man has studied this and has been doing these procedures for a long time. He has seen a thing or two and if you just take his advice you’ll go along way.

Excellent Surgeon who aswered all of my questions and did a fantastic job. He also has an excellent staff assisting him.

I had the same experience as another reviewer! I arrived and realized I had forgotten my paperwork that I printed out myself. I asked for a new registration packet and was told they don't have them?? I was also told I could not see the doctor without my paperwork. I know most offices have paperwork online now but there are still some people who may not have access to a computer or printer - I've never been to an office where paperwork wasn't offered. I decided that I would NOT be rescheduling.

I’m pretty sure I visited this drs office on a bad day. He was “discussing” everything that was wrong with his staff as we sat in the waiting room. I found that terribly embarrassing. The staff, as they treated me, was wonderful. Kind caring professional courteous. When I finally met the dr he seemed terribly irritated that I had no idea I didn’t meet the criteria for his services. Again he “discussed” with the staff what needed to be corrected and how they should have advised! Not a good day

I had my 1st visit with Dr Chebli this week. All I can say is that is was very positive. The staff were great and Dr Chebli exceeded my expectations. I stopped in 2 days later, without an appointment to ask questions and 3 staff members came and answered all my questions. Very impressive.

This guy won’t even take the time to look you in eye when speaking. You’ll meet him once and then you don’t see him again. His office staff lacks common courtesy and professionalism. Always late taking you back for your appointment, like an hour late sometimes with no apology or explanation and if you don’t like it the nurse practitioner will simply walk out on you during your time. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY!

Dr. Chebli is extremely knowledgeable and amazing at what he does. He takes the time to listen to every concern, and addresses those concerns with you. He is a truly gifted surgeon and I am very lucky to have found him. His office staff is very kind and helpful, and I always feel good after visiting his office. He is wonderful and I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with him and his staff.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Chebli today. Although I had to wait an hour in the waiting room, it was totally worth it. Every single member of the staff takes their time with you, from the receptionist to the nurse to the office manager to Dr. Chebli himself. They really seem to care. I feel very comfortable proceeding with the surgery. There is a reason Dr. Chebli has such an outstanding reputation.

I have had my surgery. Such a difference. I would and have. recommended. him. to mamy people. I am a nurse. an OR. nurse. We are more sceptical. He was amazing thru my. entire. experience. I feel fantastic. Lost 70. lbs in 6 months. I am also healthier than been in yrs. wish I had done this yrs ago

Absolutely horrible and incompetent office manager and unfortunately the doctor listens to her. Took months to get a referred appointment and drove 2 hours each way to see doctor. Office staff had not checked their fax for my new patient paperwork and had no idea how to get it. Refused to keep my appointment without the new patient paperwork, which I had anyway ready to go. Then when I said I wanted to see the doctor they called the police to escort me out. Disgusting and uncalled for. Dont go!

Very poor bedside manner, rude.

Went to see Dr. Chebli about weight loss options on 4/07/16, he is very friendly, talks about various weight loss options ,takes his time with you, not pushy at all.
