I got scolded in front of my son b/c I didn’t want him to get the CoVid vaccine. The doctor was extremely rude and I am happy their office decided not to provide care for my children b/c of Covid vacc

Dr Cohen is the doctor for both boys for more than 7 years now. He takes time and listens and always give answers. Our appointments are never rushed. I highly recommend him to anyone who believes in science. He is our go to guy and our family loves him!

Dr. Joe was amazing at today's visit. He answered all of our questions, followed up with a plan of action, and took the time to really listened to my child.

Dr Cohen refused to see my children because I declined the covid vaccine. He was rude, very unprofessional and raised his voice at me in front of my children.

Requiring patient parents to be vaccinated in order to keep patients is unconstitutional and disgusting. Get a grip: refusing services to children is pathetic and counterproductive. Way to prove the point that no one should trust medical professionals anymore.

We trust him completely. Dr. Joe has been our pediatrician for our 3 kids since 2016. He believes in science, is prompt at appointments and doesn't placate parents...things which seem to get him negative marks from people wanting to get gold stars for not vaccinating their children or they want a daycare for a reception area and his practice isn't "warm enough" or they are unable to show up on time and don't understand how that affects other patients. I don't ever doubt a word he says and I know he has my kids' best interest at heart, which is what we actually want from a pediatrician, right?

If Zero star available, I will go with that option. Ridiculous patient service and billing. Front office is always rude. Stay away from this facility. You will be happy.

Dr. Cohen has been our Pediatrician since moving to Austin. He is extremely knowledgeable and very deliberate with his diagnosis. I ask many questions and he always answers...yes with his dry wit, but I doubt they come any drier than me. He relates to my son well, and is very good about describing his process to my 6 yr old. My son is comfortable around Dr. Cohen which makes visits very easy.

Dr. Cohen is an excellent doctor. My children love him and his staff. They are kind and considerate. We were late to our appointment and he still squeezed us in. From that day I was never late. He's a health care professional and I'm a caring Mom so to make our visit smooth we show up 10 minutes before our appointment. Thank you Dr Cohen and your staff!!!

Dr. Joe has been great for my children. He listens to our concerns and responds accordingly. He isn't like any doctors we have seen before as he gets down to business and tells it like it is. He cares about the health of his patients but isn't there to deal with parents who show up late and whine about control of their kids. He is a wealth of knowledge although a little ecentric and impulsive in his words. I can appreciate hearing the truth and facts rather than sugar coating.

Dr. Joe was great at first... but I showed up 7 minutes late for my daughter's 4 month check up and they wouldn't see her. The front desk said he thought it would be ok but when he asked Dr. Joe, he wouldn't see her. I went and cried in the parking lot as I am a new mom with a teething baby and lots of questions. The 5 minute rule is the office policy. I can understand a neurosurgeon with a waiting list having this rule... but a pediatrician who brags about his patient care? GET OVER YOURSELF!

I took my 21/2 year old son to see Dr Joseph Cohen last week down. Dr Cohen was very disreapectful and rude to me and my son. I had taken my son a week before dr Cohen diagnosis him with strep throat Dr Joseph Cohen prescribe antibiotics my21/2 year old son took antibiotics for three days but after that refuse to take them. I ask dr advised and Dr cohen yank toy out of my son hand told him he didn't deserve to play with toy said if you dont take your medicine you will get a big shot.

We are new to the area, and I have to say that my son's first visit to Dr. Cohen was the best we have had since his very first pediatrician. Dr. Cohen is thorough, and relates well with my son and me too. I am so glad that we found him!
