previouns surgery year ago on sciatica and fracture, great dr am having some other issues and fixinn to call his office and hope he can fix me again he is so busy office appts are long but he is a very knowledgeable and professional dr. I highly recommend him to others

Went to see Dr. Cox for a second opinion on surgical options to fix my severe back injury and significant numbness and pain. I waited over an hour to see him. Then after meeting I found him to be dismissive of my concerns to fix my problems. He spent the time telling me how poor quality the MRI was and to just go get a steroid injection and a new MRI. He gave no plan to fix my problem and only wanted to push pain medicines and steroids. I left feeling he offered no real solution or fix.

After suffering with severe pain in my lower back and hips while walking, my primary doctor referred me to Dr. J. Bridger Cox. After reviewing my MRI and visiting with me, he recommended a steroid shot and physical therapy. Now three months later I am well on the way to being able to walk for exercise literally pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Cox if you have back pain!

Dr. Cox is a very nice man but the office that he works out of is horrible. It took his office over 2 months to send a referral. I have called countless times and have to leave a message for his PA, after two months I still have not received a call. I really wish communication was better! He is a good doctor, I just cant wait months for them to do what they are suppose to, so I had to change to a different doctor. Also appointments are never on time (30-45 passed appointment time).

I had 4 failed neck surgeries before seeing Dr. Cox. A 1998 ACDF at C5-6 failed, a revision corpectomy in malpractice in 2010 ruined my neck, and in 2013 and 2014, I had a total neck restructure. In 2015, stress from the rods and posts caused fractures in C6, C7 and T1. I found Dr. Cox and he operated on me Dec. 2nd, 2016, with a C3-T2 fusion. Since the surgery, I have no barometric pressure, arthritis or bone pain! Dr. Cox fixed me, when 3 other surgeons failed! I highly recommend him!

2 other family members besides myself have chosen Dr. Cox to help with back pain and back issues. The other 2 have had surgery with very good results and I am consulting with him about my back issues. He is a very knowledgeable and caring Dr., and I have great confidence in his ability to help me too. Although his office Is very busy, everyone takes the time to work with you and make sure all of your scheduling and questions are answered. I highly recommend Dr. Cox and his staff!

I am 47 years old and have had many experiences with doctors. Dr. Cox is by far the most professional, empathetic, and genuine doctor I have seen. I always felt like I was in the very best of hands and was never treated rudely by him or any of his staff. Dr. Cox performed my back surgery. I am almost four months out and feel great and completely rehabilitated. I would recommend Dr. Cox to anyone.

He is knowledgable, helpful and talented with back surgeries. He explains everything thoroughly. I was over 65 and had 2 level back surgery. I was driving in 4 weeks and now a year and a half later, i m as good as new!

Dr. Cox preformed back surgery, May 18, 2016, and by June 1st I was up and around with little or no pain. I went to him with pain in my hips and legs. Today, Aug 2, I'm feeling great. I was referred by Dr. Jack Marshall, pain management specialist. I never had a problem making an appointment. I found the waiting room was pleasant. Staff is excellent, warm and friendly.
