The husband was recovering from prostate cancer. After moving to Florida from NY, Dr. Crawford treated my husband for PSA checks. At first, he liked the doctor. The problem started when my husband was having urination problems. After 3 visits they kept saying it was an infection even though the urine test came back negative. After a week on the antibiotics and no relief, we went back and the doctor avoided him. He met with a nurse practitioner who said his urinary problem was due to the soap he was using. After no relief, we went to the emergency room where it showed a bladder outlet obstruction. After that, the doctor did a scope and performed a procedure to clear up the stricture and obstruction. The office staff were unprofessional and would not take my call. I had to turn off caller ID for them to pick up the phone. The office manager called me to discuss a question I had about a bill and did not tell me the doctor was on speakerphone. Bad office staff and money grubby!!

Dr. Crawford is very thorough and has his patients best interest in his treatment of them. I feel very confident my husband is in the best hands with Dr. Crawford.

Was my doctor for a long time , very good surgeon, but money grubber doing unnecessary procedures like covid testing without giving results. After he showed me a picture of him with a dead mountain lion lying on his lap killed with bow and arrow------- adios!!!! I'll have nothing to do with a person who kills defenseless animals to hang on their walls

Worst attention & staff ever. Waited 3 months for an appointment with the Doctor for he was in a safari in Africa, finally I get an appointment. I get there and to my surprise I am seen by a Nurse Practitioner.. the good Doctor was nowhere to be seen. No choice but to see the NP. Gave me pills which I have stopped taking after a week, for I find it interferes with my High Blood Pressure pill. Had a PSA test done there. Today been a whole weeks and call inquiring the results, told I have to wait another week for my results.. TWO weeks wait. Then Nurse Lupe calls me to tell me the good Doctor doesn't like for his patients to question his practice of being seen by other of his staff, question the fact that his lab only does results once a week, and warns me she is going to accuse me with the good Doctor & recommend to not come to his practice anymore. Really scared by the whole lot at Dr Crawford's. Thought I was in a Holloween movie. Worst practice ever. Avoid these losers. !!!!!

THE BEST! I have been as patient for over 15 years (having had several previous urologists), and there are none better! He gives it to you straight. If you approach healthcare as personal responsibility, involvement and a team effort this is the place for you. Thorough answers, VERY knowledgeable, experienced and caring! If you are looking for someone to hold your hand, tell you what you want to hear, and promise you that he can (and you can count on him to perform) miracles, then you might look for a Dr that will tell you what you want to hear, rather than the limits of current medical realities and treatments.

Terribly managed. No follow up. Lack of any personal interest. However, very good at billing at you. If you care about your health, go elsewhere.

He and his staff are the best! Wonderful, successful visits. Thank you so much Dr Crawford.

I've been with Dr. Crawford on & off for nearly five years. He is one of the kindest Doctors I have had to deal with. Does not leave, until every question is answered. He is very patient, and understanding.

Mr. Crawford is ok. but Lisa his account manager is very unprofessional. My husband in 2017 had a urine problem and had a surgery with Dr. Crawford. The insurance he had paid for everything. My husband changed his insurance and gave them the new card. He was NEVER told that Dr Crawford doesnt accept the new insurance. After more than a year we started receiving bills for all the time he kept going there!!!! Now she says. "we can facilitated for you to pay"There's much more to say.no space.

vero office girls very cold , unfriendly, uncaring... do not help or call you back... dr joe is ok..but i will not go back ever again as long as he has the same office help

Excellent Doctor, always explains procedures, answers all questions and is cheerful and polite. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Office wait times 45 - 60 minutes. Time spent with patient less than ten minutes. Had surgery with extensive (over eight weeks) recovery time. This was due to his approach to the procedure with no pre-op explantion. Recovery was an ordeal but no concern or remediation offered.
