I have been a patient of Dr. Curletta's for 7 years and he is simply the best at pain management. He is compassionate, caring and always listens and asks questions about my condition. I highly recommend him. His office staff is very courteous and professional also.

Dr. Curletta has been my pain management doctor for well over eighteen months. He listens intently to how I’m feeling and what I’m feeling. He has never quickly brushed me off as “just another old lady with pain. Temporary procedures must be done as a consequence of insurance not paying unless these procedures are done first…..so your insurance will pay for the more semi-permanent or permanent procedures. Please be patient with doctors and staff as they must comply for YOUR own good regarding insurance payments. Hope you find this helpful. I have had lower back ache for several years. I was diagnosed with arthritis. I was treated with spinal ablation which worked well the first tine. The second was far less effective. I saw Dr. Curletta who immediately identified another problem; inflammation of spinal disk connective tissue. He confirmed this diagnosis by palpating. He had a course of treatment that we will begin soon. I have full confidence in Dr. Curletta and look forward to the treatment.

Staff was for the most part very friendly. One nurse was did not engage in any conversation. Strictly professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Curletta for just under 20 years! Things have not always gone perfectly, (usually technology), but we get through it together. He stays at the forefront of innovation, and even though he can’t cure my condition, with his knowledge, experience and care, I can say wholeheartedly, I’m living the best life possible.

Dr. Curletta is perhaps the best in the state at performing nerve ablations in the low back. His epidural injections are spot on as well. He is extremely focused and adept at diagnosing. I am virtually pain free and he keeps me that way. Couldn’t recommend him any higher.

Dr. Curletta is very good at what he does. I have gotten 4 steroid shots from him. I engage him in conversation about my issues. Be sure to ask him everything!

Dr Curletta and his entire staff are AMAZING. I'm an extremely hard stick for IV's, but the nurses are extremely patient and after several tries are successful in finding a cooperative vein. Dr Curletta and his procedure room employess are very welcoming, friendly and reassuring. I travel over 80 miles each way for Dr Curletta, if he ever retires, I hope he will do in home visits, as I won't allow anyone else to take care of my procedures. Dr Curletta and his staff are a true blessing. I feel perfectly comfortable with them and know they always have my best interest and comfort at heart. I cannot recommend Dr Curletta and his staff enough.
