Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Noncompsssionate
The staff made mistake of not calling out reminders, argues with patient insisting they are not at fault, called in an incorrect prescription, refusal to call in prescription without an appt for an elderly patient that does not drive, sends letters to home of visually impaired as a reminder that patient will be dropped, and overall, not a compassionate service provider.

An outstanding Doctor. Asks questions, listens , very thorough. Friendly and focuses on you . The best primary care physician I have had in my adult life . I am 58 and feel very comfortable with Dr Donzella being my physician as I age.

Patient in Wheeling , WV – Jul 11, 2018
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Donzella?
I used to be a patient of Dr. Donzella. My employment changed and there was less cost to me if I saw a different physician. I now have different insurance, and I asked to become a patient again. I was told that I can come by and complete an application to become a patient. Later I received a call from a lady, prior to picking up the application, informing me that Dr. Joe communicated to her "Once you leave the practice, you don't come back." He took care of me for years. Disappointing.

I was seen for a follow up from an ER visit. I just want to say that the staff was amazing. They made me feel like I had been there before. The PA Chad was so caring and understanding. I filled out and hope to be accepted. Thanks, Dolly Holt
