Excellent doctor
He takes his time to listen, and addresses all of your concerns. Not sure what the last person was talking about, as I have never had an issue calling Laurie, nor have I ever been given any attitude. I love this office, and they take good care of me.

Compassionate and Caring Old-School service
I've know Dr. Joseph Dryer since he first became a doctor. He has always been considerate, compassionate, direct and to the point with open communication policies. Listens to my symptoms, and explains what to do from a simple skin tag to a hemorrhoid, from stress, anxiety, all the way to depression. Over a decade of service through the ups and downs. Once I heard he openes his own practice, I was happy and inspired to see him grow. The old school service is amazing and show with a simple phone call back within 20mins. Him and his staff are amazing. Hands down excellent service. My family and friends will always be the first I recommend for a compassionate doctor. Thank you for your compassion and holding and setting new standards in this modern world. Laurie is wonderful, always pleasant and really one of kind. She has great energy and always goes the extra mile to ensure the finishing touches of the compassionate care are met. Thank y'all.

I have had appointments cancelled by his office multiple times. The most recent was today when i received a call at 8:57 cancelling my 9:15 appointment. (I had already left the clinic after complaining to the Director of Nursing and advising her that I would be reporting this facility.) This was a rescheduled appointment because he cancelled by last appointment as well. There does not seem to be any concern about care from this office or Diagnostic Clinic.

Unbelievable experience from this practice. They canceled my appt then it took me 4 days to get a return call after which the “nurse” Beth said she has been very busy. I requested a call to reschedule the appt, get lab work and a prescription refill (BP med) She refused to renew my prescription or give me lab work. Spiteful because I missed a previous appt - think I made her day because she had could refuse me my BP med - over this “nurse” and Dr,
