Dr. Joseph Femia made a mistake on my contact lens prescription. My eyes were dilated, and I couldn't read it when it was handed to me at check-out. Later I discovered that the prescription was incorrect. I called the office. Femia refused to acknowledge he had made a mistake. I ended up with a prescription I couldn't use.

Can't recommend enough. I typically have a yearly appointment with Dr. Femia's office - the wait time in the office is always short...they are very prompt. The staff is always friendly. I've also had the need for urgent, impromptu appointments and they *literally* had me in within 30 minutes, with 0 wait time in the exam room.
