Dr. Gianassio has an APRN named Frank Palazzo that he supposedly "supervises". Palazzo borders on incompetent. He took my schizophrenic daughter off of meds that were working and without monitoring her put her on a medication that was completely ineffective, resulting in her going off of the rails and it was all completely unnecessary.
