Dr. Joseph Hart, MD

I went in a month ago for sudden hearing loss and constant ringing in my ear. Was told to stay positive about these things. Was told nothing on what to do going forward or options to try to ease the annoyance of the ringing. Was not asked any questions on how this could have happened. He just told me that I damaged something. Didn't say if it was permanent loss or temporary. Didn't provide additional referrals for my dizziness and my ringing in my ears. When I asked my options his response was, 'you could do that.' No, tell me what I should do. I shouldn't have to reach out and ask other people what to do when I'm seeing you as a patient. Worst provider I have ever seen. Made me feel like I had no hope for any relief and I will just have to suffer. Are you kidding me?! Don't talk down to patients.

After reviewing the audiologist report the Dr. Told me that there was nothing that could be done for me. He suggested that I talk to the audiologist about the hearing aids she could sell me. I declined with a no thank you and left after the dr. Wished me a good trip home. Estimated time 5 minutes.

He came in and was not very welcoming. He seemed like he just wanted to get in and out. I had no clue what was really happening or what he found. He got mad at me when I was trying to correct what he had said about how I've been feeling. He was not happy my 6 year old was there. When I had no choice as we both have been sick and I'm a single mom. Kept questioning my choice having her there when she was very well behaved and watching me and her tablet. I wanted to set the tone of her seeing her mom be brave like her during hard appointments since she's had some scary appointments. He just was not nice and acted like he didn't care. I definitely will never go back to him. I don't know if he doesn't like women or has some type of social disability. I was trying to give him a chance but he had zero patience for me and my kid.

The doctor did not seem too happy that I was there over a concern from being accidentally head bumped in the nose following surgery with concerns that it may have broke again. He had a poor, unenergetic mood where I felt unwelcomed due to valid concerns since I had symptoms similar to before surgery and prolonged nose-bleeds. Further, upon reviewing MyChart clinical notes, he put in the wrong reason for my visit, further showing his lack of listening as I said I was head butted my accident while relaxing and he noted I was roughhousing. These are two very different scenarios.

Dr Hart was thorough in his exam-explained his findings in an understandable fashion- was a caring doctor

Doctor Joseph Hart was friendly and answered my concerns. I could tell he was very knowledgeable in his craft.

Dr wrote on my notes that care instructions were given. He gave me none. He also wrote that I tollerated the tube placement good. One ear was good the other was awful. He left as soon as tubes were placed in my ears. I was nauseous, sweating, and very dizzy. The nurse was helpful and excorted me to the reception. I almost passed out at the desk. The receptionist ran into the lobby to get me neice. I had to sit in lobby for quite a while before I was able to walk out. No one came out to check on me.

Dr. Hart might have been the kindest doctor I have ever been to. He introduced himself, took the time to ask how to pronounce my name, told me exactly what to expect, validated that it was going to be a bit uncomfortable (scope in nose) and afterwards thoroughly answered all my questions and thanked me for trusting him with my care. I was blown away by how good his bedside manner was and would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Hart was very caring and did a great job placing my PE tube. Explained everything during the procedure.

He really takes the time to listen.

Very good experience. Both Dr's made me feel cared for as they listened to my health problems.

We got a creepy vibe from the doctor. He may be a genuine nice guy, but the feeling we got in our stomach wasn't good.

Dr. Hart is amazing! He is caring and very skilled. I had an outpatient nasal procedure. The care and follow up was great. I would highly recommend him. His staff was also very kind and efficient

Dr Hart performed my sinus surgery a year ago, and he and his staff are absolutely amazing!! I feel amazing, he is very calm, listens and explains very thoroughly. I highly recommend.
