Very positive experience with all aspects of this visit. All personnel were very competent and explained things in an easy-to-understand way. Identified options available and let me pick my choices on how to proceed. I left feeling the problem was adequately addressed and had an appointment In one month out to check on healing progress.

I broke my ankle because I was pushed, and I lost my balance and fell off my porch. I was very scared. It was a very traumatic experience for me and he was very compassionate and understanding. No one wants to go through surgery along go through any trauma. it is a very terrifying experience, but he was very very compassionate. Explain things and he understood.

I was very pleased with Dr Hoegler taking the time to answer my list of questions I had prepared about my recent Torn Hamstring. He took more time to explain the answers to my questions and concerns than I had anticipated and never made me feel rushed or that I was wasting his time. He show the utmost respect to me and my rather simplistic, to me, questions with answers I understood. Thank you
