Arrogant, dismissive, and under informative.
Maybe practice your bedside manner. I was 2 seconds away from walking out before the procedure started, only within 30 seconds of speaking to you. From the sheer feeling of disrespect. Patients do not HAVE to use you, and you are not God. Be real, be human, that way if you do mess up bad like you did with me, they won't hold it against you, your integrity or your associated office.
