I have been coming to Dr Jose for 5 years now. He is honest and very well educated. I feel welcomed in his office and I am always well taken care of. He takes his time and answers all my questions with care. He cares about my health and I appreciate that! I always have a positive experience and leave feeling happy. Thank you Dr. Jose!

Doctor Joseph Jose has been my doctor for about 8 years. Since I found him, the truth is that I would not want to visit another Doctor. He sincerely and genuinely cares about his patients, applying the best medical practices. I feel calm and safe under his care.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Jose for 6-7 years. He is absolutely one of the best! So much so, that we recommend him to anyone that asks ‘who our primary is’. Our daughter, her boyfriend, and 2-3 friends now see Dr. Jose, all with positive experiences with him. I always feel like I’m sitting across from a trusted, dear friend when he sees me. He has a gentle, caring nature that makes you very comfortable.

Wednesday morning was my routine check up and like always Dr Joseph Jose is top notch. I've been his patient for the last 8 years and I must say Dr Joseph Jose is a great doctor , with patience so he can understand your needs and a good human being. He is very professional and his staff is very respetive and well trained. I'm honestly very thankful for Dr. J.Jose and his crew. GOD BLESS!

Dr. Jose has been my Dr. since 2016, I will never get another Dr. unless I have to. Dr. Jose makes me feel comfortable all the time. Dr. Jose takes the time to explain everything about my visit. He won't let me leave until he is sure I understand everything about my visit.

Dr Jose has been my PCP for about 3-4 years. I have never had an issue and I don’t have to wait long for my appointment. I respect his time and he respects mine.

He was a good doctor to me until he began rescheduling my appointments and he tried doing it again after me arriving not more than 5 minutes late with no other patients waiting for him. I questioned this and he basically told me to find a new doctor that is more flexible. I had any kind of issue like this before and so it is bizarre. I basically had the office manager tell him I was begging to be seen and he refused. I am a diabetic with many other health issues and he has left me stuck because the waiting list for new doctors is long. He took an oath to do no harm and he is definitely doing major harm to my health right now by not seeing me for some petty scheduling issue. Never in my 46 years have I had a professional doctor or provider do this to me. And I am almost certain I am not the only one.

My experience with Dr. Jose has been consistently disappointing. Scheduling appointments is a constant struggle, as he always tries to reschedule right before the virtual meeting is supposed to occur, causing uncertainty about when I'll actually be seen. When I do manage to secure an appointment, the virtual appointments are rushed, with Dr. Jose seemingly more concerned about moving on to the next patient than addressing my concerns. Rushed appointments leave little time for a thorough discussion of my health concerns. It's astonishing that he charges $300 for a less than 15 min rushed virtual appointment, which only adds to the frustration and disappointment. I've also had issues with him and his team incorrectly billing my annual physicals as a regular office visit which forced me to come out of pockets. it was a pain to get this resolved... Dr. Jose's approach appears to prioritize quantity over the well-being of his patients.

Stay away if you are a person who advocates for their health. Exam was perfunctory - he did not ask about any of my medications and minimized my health concerns. He took no notes and did not listen. For example, I specifically stated that I did not need him to order a mammogram, but I received information and follow-up calls to schedule one. Had an EKG and had to call back (after no one responded to my portal question) to get results. I had a health concern and no one would respond. Eventually after me calling once - after trying the portal with a rude response from a staff member - he called me back - but not to listen to my concern - rather to tell me that I was too demanding and to find a different office. I wouldn't need to be so 'demanding' if he and his office staff were more oganized and professional - it is extremely chaotic there. I was already planning to find a different doctor anyway: this was highly unprofessional.

It's unbelievable that I'm a little late and they didn't receive me. I am 8 months pregnant, I drove half an hour for the doctor to see me and he still did not receive me, even after I spoke by phone with the staff and told them I was close and they told me to come and the worst thing is that other times the doctor and his staff have made me wait for 20 minutes or more to be checked. I don't come back to this place with such apathetic people.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jose for over 5 years and he is the best of the best - firstly he listens, does his research, gives thoughtful and useful advice. Great Doctor!

Have always enjoyed my visits with Dr. Jose. He and his staff are very professional and informative. I always leave the office feeling like I have the best healthcare available. I always encourage family, friends and others to seek his advice.

Dr. Jose is awesome. The office staff - not so much. I can only describe my experience dealing with their scheduling and back office staff as infuriating and abysmal.

I like the doctor but lately his staff has seemed cols. Last two appointments have been canceled by the office but I need to reschedule. Luckily I have insurance where I can choose my own specialist because getting through to the doctor seems impossible now. Staff has grown cold

We moved to Florida last August and I was very nervous looking for a new Doctor. I found Dr Jose and went for my first visit, his office was clean his staff was very helpful and nice! Dr Jose was very kind and thorough while I was there. I felt very comfortable he listens to you he doesn’t rush through your visit . I had a problem with my hand and referred me to a great hand Doctor. Even throughout this virus his Tele health calls are still as important to him as if you were sitting in his office with him. Dr Jose cares about his patients I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome Doctor who truly cares about his patients.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Jose for a couple of years without incident. I needed a referral and was called by his nurse Z, who told me the doctor said I should look for another primary after I requested a call back from the dr. Very shady and rude, I can’t believe he would dismiss his patients that way. Doesn’t seem to care about patients well being, just another number.

Dr. Jose is great! I'm in high school and he was really easy to talk to and helped me with my problem! Cool doc!!

I took my father in law to his office. The staff was not very polite, we waited in his back room almost 25 minutes , when he Dr finally came to see us, he rushed us like we were nothing.Seemed to me that Dr Jose was a very cold hearted person solely concerned with churning patients for maximum dollars
