Misdiagnosed and refusal to properly treat.
I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received from Dr. Kerr. My experience was marked by a clear lack of concern for my well-being and an overwhelming focus on financial gain. I presented with significant foot pain, and despite my persistent requests, Dr. Kerr refused to order the necessary MRI to properly diagnose the extent of the damage. This refusal, in my opinion, directly hindered my ability to receive appropriate and timely care. Furthermore, Dr. Kerr's bedside manner was severely lacking, leaving me feeling disregarded and unimportant. It became painfully obvious that the primary concern was maximizing profit, rather than providing quality medical attention. I would strongly advise anyone seeking genuine care to look elsewhere.

I don't know why the negative reviews...
When I saw Dr Kerr in December he listened to me, took the time to hear my concerns, and we discussed multiple options for treatment. I am looking forward to my appointment tomorrow to discuss my need for surgery (I've had a torn ankle I've been ignoring for a very long time) because Dr Kerr is so easy to talk to. I highly recommend!!

Not Impressed
I had 2 Appts with Dr Kerr, the first I was referred by my Arthritis Dr. I had nail care and told to have x-rays done & purchase insoles. The nails were cut too short and the grow out was painful. I also had to sign a paper stating I would be responsible for payment if my Ins didn't pay for the nail care. Thankfully they did! The 2nd appt was ridiculous, I refused nail care and was asked repetitively to have it done by everyone who came in the room. Also asked to purchase out of pocket insoles again. My questions were not answered satisfactorily. When I finally saw Dr Kerr he said he didn't agree with the x-ray and left the room never to return. I still have no idea what he meant & why. I waited for awhile and finally left. I found the staff in the parking lot going to lunch. I guess they forgot about me!

Review
Dr. Kerr sadly is condescending and poor at patient communication. I rarely complete a review on doctors as I have great physician care. However, in this case I wasted time, money and pain. I would never go back
