Excellent doctor and extremely intelligent in his field. Will sit, listen and very humble. His staff is incredible and extremely sweet and caring. Very knowledgeable and accurate in his diagnosis. (Saw 4 doctors in 3 years at CIS with heart and fainting issues. Not one CIS doctor offered a tilt table test! Dr. Kowalski ordered at first visit. Had test done within a week and FAINTED IN TWO MINUTES. CIS had me on 2 HBP meds AND NEVER OFFERED ME A TILT TABLE TEST. ADIOS CIS!) LOVE DR. K.!

He is an amazing doctor! I know from my experience, and those of close friends, that he is very thorough and does take the time to make sure, as best any doctor can, that his patients are okay. It is possible for anyone to change after a visit! I have, but that has nothing to do with my doctor or my exam. it is OLD AGE!!!!! I highly trust and recommend Dr. Kowalski!!!

Dr. Kowalski's staff administered my nuclear stress test. The test was induced chemically but did not cause chest constriction sensation I felt during strenuous bicycle rides. The doctor became very pompous after listening to my observation and assumption that being stressed artificially did not reproduce the same result as physical activity. He said he was board-certified and he guaranteed there was nothing wrong with my heart. Within a few months I had to have two stints and atrial oblation.
