Dr. Marotta is THE best PCP I have had.
He is down to earth, listens well, and shows true concern. He and his staff respond quickly and are hospitable. I have recommended Dr. Marotta to others.

On Your Own
Over the course of several years, I have never been seen by the actual doctor here, just a PA. This office has consistently been horrible at returning my calls, following up on medications, following up on referrals for preventative care and even cardiac issues. I do not recommend this practice if you actually need competent medical intervention.

Horrible
Dr Marotta used to be a good primary care doctor years ago. Now, he has no compassion or care for his patients that have mental health conditions. His staff is VERY VERY unprofessional and rude. He started me on a medication 6 years ago and today I was told he will not refill my medications and I'm forced to go cold turkey knowing the dangers of that decision. When I finally did get through to someone in the office they refuse to let me speak to Dr marotta and say they will take a message and call back but they NEVER do! He can't even pick up the phone to give patients the courtesy of giving lab results over the phone by a MEDICAL DOCTOR!!!!!! NOT AN ASSISTANT. After today I definitely would not recommend him or his staff. Very unprofessional they way they've treated me knowing I suffer from severe mental health conditions. Shame on you Joseph Marotta for not talking to patients or giving them there results yourself!!

My daughter and I have always had excellent visits with Dr. Marotta. He is a good listener and visits are never rushed. He is an outstanding Internal Medicine Physician with many years of experience. I always feel relieved after my consultations with Dr. Marotta. His staff is accommodating and friendly. If there is a staff member who doesn't treat his patients the way they should, he rectifys the situation.

I had the most incredible visit with Dr Marotta. The staff is outstanding, courteous, and knowledgeable. Kindness describes Dr Marotta best of all; he cares to know his patients. I feel very confident about having Dr M as my physician; he is very knowledgeable and my issues have all been resolved. I will continue to be a patient and part of Dr M’s clinic for as long as the good Lord gives me.

had a appointment at 3pm was put in a room and was forgotten saw all his friends first sat in there for 2 hours I then got up to leave to pick up my child right away the staff react your next. I also was not refunded my co pay they kept. another time I went in saw the PA to refill my tramadol she started to say I was abuse the drug and was a liability to the company and stormed out to tell the doctor so with that incident I was kicked out and now the doctor refuses to see me . I have congested heart failure bad kness and also no one to get meds from I guess I picked the wrong doctor please dont make the same mistake .if you are one that doesn't have problems with them its because your one of his friends

First Visit. Nice office staff-big plus! Ive left excellent doctors because of their office staff. Dr very good. Only BAD thing is they have Fox News on in the waiting room!! Ugh! Patients are bickering over politics because it's being shoved in our faces while we wait...
