Extreme negative experience. Definitely do not recommend. There are many other choices.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martin's for over 20 years. The only reason I joined MDVIP was because of him. The physical exam at MDVIP far exceeded past exams due to restrictions physicians are now under.

We have had the privilege of having Dr. Joseph Martin as our family physician and health partner now for over 20 years. Dr. Martin has always been focussed on improving and supporting my health with a holistic approach. However, since Dr. Martin joined MDVIP, his best skills and traits have been unleashed to provide me with support to maximize my health and longevity. Most significantly is the time he is able to spend on me personally - both before our appointment in preparation and during the face to face meeting. Dr. Martin is very skilled and also obviously spends time researching and learning about the latest research. Most important to me is that Dr. Martin's genuine caring, empathy and listening skills have allowed me to understand the key actions I can take to meet my goals. Also Dr. Martin consistently offers options and ideas in a positive manner and focuses on my positive achievements. Dr. Martin supports my efforts and it feels like we are a true team!

Dr. Martin is so prepared for every visit I’ve ever had with him. It always amazes me how he remembers my past health history which in turn makes me feel valued, understood and cared for not just physically but emotionally and spiritually as well. Every visit he goes above and beyond to explain in detail any questions I have with my health situation and I leave every time with all my concerns addressed never having felt rushed or embarrassed about any concern I may have. He acts like he has all the time in the world! He is my “safety net” even when it comes to the care from my endocrinologist. It’s obvious that Dr. Martin is very knowledgeable and thorough and has assessed my health journey to this point correctly every time. He has learned over time how my body responds and what is the best course of action to take and yet always respects leaving the final decision with me. I’m so grateful to be in such good hands. I trust him completely. He’s a five star doctor all around!

Always spends whatever time is needed with patients, even when he's is too busy. I'm glad he is now with MDVIP because he is able to offer more in depth care than most internal med docs.

Dr Martin is by far one of the best physicians in practice. He not only is extremely knowledgeable but he also has an amazing bedside manner and ability to make one feel at ease.
