Horrible
After making me wait 40 minutes, (even though there was no one else there), he tried to charge me $200 for an annual physical. I called my insurance and they didn't know what he was talking about. DO NOT go see this 'doctor'.

Worse DOCTOR EVER STAY AWAY- office is horrible - he threw out my blood sample because i had to leave after waiting for an hour - all about the co payments and $$$

I have been seeing Dr. Marzouk since he opened his practice on Glen Cove Rd in Carle Place. I find him to be an excellent doctor. His excellence is apparent in his diagnostic ability, conservative treatment methods, follow up and bedside manner. I find him to be caring and knowledgeable MD with a good personality and sense of humor. He genuinely cares about his patients and their families. 5 stars!

Be careful when you are asked to pay more than your copay. For years they have done that and refuse to refund the overpayment when the benefit statement is received from the insurance company. They will not give you refills on your medications because they want you to have to make an office visit. Very money oriented. On the other hand, Dr. Marzouk has always been “right on” with his disgnosies. He is s good doctor but has let the mighty buck get in his way.

My last appointment with him. and with my then health insurance, had a co pay. He (the office) made me pay over $50.00 more then my copay. They said that they would mail me a check when the found out what my copay was. I am still waiting. In short they are thieves. I called several times, and they never sent toe check. It is true that each insurance has a different copay, and he would not believe me - he said he believes nobody. However when he found out, he never sent me a refund.,
