World's worst billing system
Dr. McGinley and his staff are cordial and competent with the exception of the billing department which repeatedly failed to register bills that were paid in person at the clinic. The first time I was asked to pay a bill a second time, I presented the receipt. After some running around the building, the office person handed me back the receipt and said, 'We'll let it slide for now' when 'sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding' would've been more appropriate. Now I'm dealing with another instance of a payment that wasn't recorded. I made the payment in person at the time I picked up equipment which would not have been released to me without payment. Once is an accident. Twice is incompetence.
