Dr. Mlakar performed a secondary reconstruction 5 years after a bilateral mastectomy and tram flap reconstruction. I was told by other plastic surgeons that nothing could be done to improve the results. Dr. Mlakar did a wonderful job & gave me the results I wanted.

I'm just so blown with positive feedback on Dr. JOE. I was a breast cancer patient, I was in and out of reconstruction surgery by this man 5 times, he used too much skin, not enough skin, had to take a muscle, had done a partial tummy tuck for more skin, developed a Bad staph infection, he basically butchered me up, I looked better without my best than what he left me. Same on you Dr Joe, karma will get you if God hasn't already.

Have you lost a lot of weight? I had, and it showed noticeably in my eyes, so much so that people would ask me if I was tired all the time. I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Joe, and I'm so THRILLED that I went to see him. I had an eyelid lift done and I LOVE IT! He and the staff were all very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am thrilled with the work that Dr Joe and Lori did. They’re professional & personable. I had breast implant revision and tummy tuck. I healed quickly. My breasts are dramatically improved. The way he makes your new belly button completely hides the typical tell tale sign of a tummy tuck. Incisions are perfectly done. If you’re not already sold, a tummy tuck can have a huge positive impact on your sex life & satisfaction because of everything below the belt indirectly being lifted! Thrilled!

At the beginning of my breast cancer journey I thought he seemed nice. Well for all the bad of things I had heard from other people about him I was limited on insurance choices. I had hope and he has let me down so extremely. I cannot even express how sickened I am about the situation. I regret doing the reconstruction but worst of all I regret picking him. He did things wrongly and against my wishes that was documented that was for him to be paid to make money selfishly. Scary...

Dr. Joe is an amazing plastic surgeon. He did my breast augmentation in June 2017. My experience with Dr. Joe and his staff at Plastic Surgery Innovations has been so great. I felt like I was their #1 patient from my consultation to my post op check ups. Karen, my nurse went above & beyond for me. I am so pleased with my new body. My breasts look absolutely perfect and natural. They look better than I even hoped for. Thank you Dr. Joe!

I had a previous plastic surgery that ended in disappointment. I sought out Dr. Joe to see if there was something that could be done to repair the previous errors from a surgeon years prior. He listened to all my concerns and after an exam, he explained that he could help me. He took extra time and met with me a few separate times. I wanted to be very informed the second time around.I had all my questions answered and felt confident in his abilities and knowledge.It was a success!I am so pleased

I have worked with dr Mlakar more than once. Numerous times actually. There is a reason I keep coming back to him and his staff. He is by far the best there is. And to let u all know- I have been to others. I have had hands on comparison and I will NEVER go to anyone else as long a he is practicing. dr Mlakar is a very passionate, devoted, talented, professional, kind, understanding, flexible, genuine doctors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. His staff especially Karen are just as good.
