Very knowledgeable and professional.

I’ve been seeing Dr Muscarella for about 20 years when he fixed a severely broken nose I had when I was young. He did a great job with the surgery and is very competent, patient, listens, is compassionate, and finds solutions to problems. He’s been my ENT ever since. Ive taken my whole family to him for various issues over the years. Cant say enough about him. Hes fantastic.

I met with Dr. Muscarella on March 3rd, 2021 for a surgery consult. As soon as he entered the room, he recognized my anxiety and immediately made me feel comfortable. He spoke kindly, listening to my history, questions and concerns. He sat down and was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. I could not have been more at ease, understood and informed. I am so thankful to have met him and to be in his care. I have been going to Buffalo ENT for at least 5 years. All of the staff are professional and considerate. I highly recommend this group.

Several years ago I had surgery for removal of nodules on both of my vocal cords. The surgery was performed by Dr. Muscarella. My voice is perfect now, and I am so thankful. I had all my follow up in his office in Fredonia. This doctor is excellent and contrary of one of the criticisms said, he truly cares about his patients and he does not rush you off out of his office! The waiting time in his office in Williamsville was longer then his office in Fredonia, but it was worth it!

This guy has no respect for anyone's time. I was the first appt., 8:30 am, and I sat for 45 min before walking out. He can have my $40 copay! I have walked out before, a few years back. Waited 1 1/2 hrs that time before walking out. I surely don't want someone like this performing procedures on me! I'll find a doctor who actually respects his patients and/or wants my business!

Very good doctor who is an example of how all doctors used to be. Patient, caring and gives all the time and attention necessary to make sure everything is explained and understood properly. Also a very competent medical professional.
