Amazing doctor
Took my 3 year old to see Dr.Park. He is an amazing doctor, I was totally impressed! He was great with my son and came up with the best plan for him. I would definitely recommend him for your ENT needs, he’s thorough and will not waste your time. I’ve heard so many horror stories of parents going back and forth to appointments for their kids before receiving a diagnosis and or treatment plan, this was not the case at all. The office is also super polite, great with kids, and super clean.

My husband was sent to Dr. Park for vocal cord cancer. In his office before the surgery he seem to make us believe it should be a simple surgery. He called me to the conference room to tell me he only could get 60% of the tumor and would have to get radiation. He said the surgical instrument are straight and he couldn't get around to get all the cancer. Why don't they have the right instruments if he is a specialist. I told him that my husband and I quit smoking 10 years ago. He bluntly said, so you still smoked. Made me feel like he did what he could with the time he had, because he had all of his belongings and his shift was over. Very unsympathetic. I had to tell my husband the outcome because Dr. Park didn't even wait until my husband woke up from a anesthesia. Will never trust him for surgery again. He should stick to sinus and allergies issues

Lacks professionalism and bedside manner
I called with excruciating pain in my ear and severe vertigo. Office was already closed so I called the on call doctor which happened to be Dr Park. He called back and was livid that I called and stated that with my history that I should have known this could have happened and why did I call so late. Mind you, I had zero symptoms earlier in the day and just woke with severe pain. I don’t normally ever call after hours especially with costs associated usually so if I’m calling, I’m in serious pain. He kept berating me and I had to take it since I needed a prescription sent to cvs. He finally sent it and hung up. I complained the next day and talked to his supervisor. They said they’d review the recording but don’t think anything transpired. Steer clear and in reading other reviews, looks like I’m not the only one whose experienced this treatment.

Disappointing experience
I recently had an experience at Dr. Park's practice that I feel compelled to share. After undergoing surgery in mid-2023, scheduling follow-up appointments was challenging due to personal and professional commitments. Despite this, I diligently made lifestyle changes that significantly improved my condition.During my latest visit, however, I encountered a communication style from Dr. Park that was quite disconcerting. The conversation felt accusatory and lacked the supportive tone I expected from a healthcare professional. This approach, coupled with Dr. Park's suggestion that I seek care elsewhere if unable to meet the follow-up schedule, left me feeling undervalued and distressed. I drove almost an hour for the appointment and he refused to do the follow-up.A patient-doctor relationship should be built on mutual respect and understanding, and unfortunately, I did not feel this way.

Great Doctor, Great Surgeon!
Dr. Park is an excellent ENT doctor! I had been going to ENTAA Care for years. He is the first doctor in the office that took the time to figure out what was going on with my sinus and allergies, instead of just cover the problems with medications. He is a great medical health educator. He teaches you what is going on in a way that made sense. I felt like he partner with me and did not talk at me. He gave me the option to have sinus surgery with completely educating me on what the end goal/outcome would be. I decided to have the surgery! I am still recovering and feel better than I have felt in years! He did an excellent job! 5 Starts! I would highly recommend Dr. Parks as your ENT doctor and if need be, surgeon!

No-show
Don’t waste your time. I was 5-min late for my appointment, and Dr. Park he already ducked out the back door to go home for the night. So much for professionalism and a patient-centered approach. The one time he was nice enough to see me as a patient, he was OK enough, but not good enough to go back for. The office team in Glen Burnie was also horrendously un-nice.

9/2021 I visited Dr. Park because my allergist noticed a swelling on my neck. My very 1st visit Dr. Park was professional, very informative & repeated anything I didn't understand. A major plus is that you can use the online portal, which has all your information about every visit, test & results with him & can be directly shared with your Primary Doctor. Ultimately I needed surgery (10/2021) & that went smoothly as well. Even when hospital staff had some confusion with my release day, I was able to speak with Dr. Park over the phone to verify. The aftercare visits, again went well & he gave me suggestions about my scared that is working. He recently suggested a sonogram (1/22) that I feel my Endocrinologist should have suggest months ago (since the Endocrinologist is the Dr. I'd be seeing more often). If it wasn't for Dr. Park suggesting that sonogram, I would be yet again, walking around with issues. Also the staff is friendly, parking is good & the wait time is very reasonable.
