Dr. Parks made me feel surprisingly comfortable during my breast augmentation consultation. He is easy to talk to and his bedside manner is wonderful. After breastfeeding both of my babies, my breasts were very deflated. I decided to go with 450-cc high-profile saline implants. The outcome is exactly what I had hoped for; I couldn't be happier! Not only did he achieve the look I wanted, but the postoperative care he provided was exceptional. He was present at all pre- and post-op visits. I’ve heard others who had surgery elsewhere mention being seen by a nurse and the doctor only on certain visits. He also provided his personal contact information for any post-operative concerns or questions. Despite his hectic schedule, Dr. Parks responded promptly and thoughtfully to questions, even if they were trivial. I felt like the only patient he had! I truly don’t know how he does it all. His patients are his top priority, and it shows. He’s what every plastic surgeon should aspire to be.

I have gone back & forth on making this review. While he certainly isn’t a 1 star review, I certainly can’t give him 5 either. I had a breast reduction Jan ‘23, & spiked a fever day 2 & called him as instructed and he said “you probably aren’t taking enough deep breaths,” then said if it gets higher than to call back. At 1 wk post op he didn’t seem concerned about the painful spots in my breast. Not concerned at wk 3, stating the wound not closed/healing was delayed. At wk 4 I saw his assistant who barely made it into the exam room & asked if I had hard painful spots on my r breast saying it was fat necrosis. I don’t know that him addressing it earlier would have changed it but I didn’t feel like he took time for me to process things so that I could respond to him. He was very much “everything looks good.” I left with my questions & felt unheard. He has removed the necrosis & I’m healing. I just wish he took deeper breaths and allow his patients to speak & not be so dismissive/rushed

Just a quick note to express how Thankful I am to have chosen Dr Parks as my surgeon. You have been very professional yet down to earth, which made me feel very comfortable with you . I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgeries . Your outcome and skills gave me the natural look I was looking for . Big hug and Kiss to your magic hands .

3 months post op. I never would have thought that my abdomen could look so good after all these years. I’m a 66 year old woman who has had three C-sections, three pregnancies, post menopausal and only 5’2” tall. You might imagine what my abdomen and whole core looked like. This has been a life-changing experience for me. My abdomen looks like I’m in my 20s. Now for the rest of me! And although they do not claim that this can help back pain, it has helped mine immensely. Thank you Dr. Parks and staff for your excellence and for your professionalism.

Entire staff is outstanding! Dr Park's is a very talented professional and knowledgeable plastic surgeon. My results have been FABULOUS and I highly recommend him. You can not go wrong with Dr Parks!!

Not even a year after my bilateral saline breast augmentation one breast ruptured and the other got a capsular contracture, at that point the surgery to fix it would cost double the original surgery and there was nothing they would do to help make the surgery attainable. Instead I live in pain, with disfigured breasts that do not work in bras, waiting until I can afford $12,000 to fix it.

Dr. Parks and his team at Florida Plastic Surgery Group are the best!! My experience with them is honestly impressive. I was scared and definitely worried while still trying to make the right decisions. Dr. Parks took the time to answer my questions with patience. His coordinator was right there to answer and guide me every step of the way. I felt like they love and take pride in what they do and that made me feel confident with my decision. Dr. Parks and his entire staff did a fantastic job at helping me make the right decisions for my body. They continue to amaze me. I had a minor complication days after the procedure and Dr. Parks himself guided me and helped me through it. He kept me calm and followed up with me frequently over the weekend. Did I mention this Dr is AMAZING?! I am happy with my results. I am so happy he's my surgeon and would gladly recommend him to anyone. I couldn't have asked for a better Surgeon. Dr. Parks and Florida Plastic Surgery Group are the best choice.

Dr Parks did an outstanding job handling my injury. He stayed after normal business hours to meet me at his office to make sure I got the care I needed to ensure the injury would be fixed appropriately and heal correctly. His follow up in the days after the surgery was outstanding and really lowered my stress level. I highly recommend him.

After extreme weight loss I needed abdominoplasty and breast reduction and lift. Dr Parks put me at ease immediately with his compassion and confidence in the procedures he recommended. Dr. Parks was my surgeon for a Breast Reduction 9 months ago. He did a great job. He is a highly skilled plastic surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone with comfort.. He is very ethical and keeps all his promises. He is dedicated to the satisfaction of the patient. I was always able to reach him when I had a question or a concern. The staff at North Florida Plastic Surgery is top notch as well. You are always treated with the utmost respect and care.

Dr. Parks just did surgery on me 11y9/17. I'm so happy with the success of this surgery. Dr. Parks and his staff are the best They are always willing to listen and to help in any way they can. Dr. Parks took all the time I needed to make the right choice to have a tummy tuck, Dr. Parks never mean me feel like a bother with all my questions . Dr. Parks never ever made me feel uncomfortable, he made me feel at ease with my decision. After surgery I had a couple concerns, I had no problems reaching Dr. Parks after hours even during the weekend with my concerns, he answered them completely. Dr. Robert Parks, is an amazing Doctor! He was excellent with my facial surgery. I had a RN recover me and it was very private and I felt like a VIP. Dr. Parks has seen me in follow up every time! And his staff is so friendly and caring. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service and with my results!
