Dr. Joseph Reddy, MD

I was referred here and made an appointment that they forgot. I called twice to reschedule and they never called back. This office is a joke. I can only imagine the kind of care they provide. Scary.

Terrible. I was going through the worst point of my health ever and called his office crying. I was not a new patient to him so he could’ve called me back which I had requested. He always says his office will call you to schedule procedures but they never do. I waited almost a month for them to call me for the endoscopy. I then had to schedule another procedure in which he said the same thing and it’s been over 2 months. He dismisses all symptoms to stress because he’s lazy and doesn’t want to work for his patients. Please don’t go to him. You will be extremely frustrated and disappointed. I went to him for 2 GI issues and he told me to save the second issue (which affects me on a daily basis) for another time. Extremely rude and dismissive. His front desk staff is not professional, they’re lazy as well.

The Doctor was professional and very nice.

The absolute worst. The waiting room is like being in the middle of a flock of seagulls fighting over a piece of bread. The nurses and receptionists are so loud and indiscrete you'll know all about their lives in 15 minutes of waiting. If you like daytime drama, this is your place. The office is dated, disorganized and that's reflected in their service. Doctor Reddy was ok, but mostly dismissive - I felt like I was just another face. The biggest offense was when I made 3 trips to the pharmacy

Found scheduling staff to be rude. Chose to go elsewhere for treatment.
