Outstanding
Friendly. Knowledgeable. Conscientious. Meticulous. Always on time. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. I haven’t found but a few physicians in my life time about whom I can recommend as I do in terms of this excellent man and outstanding doctor.

Had my first visit with Dr. Rodriguez today. The office staff was great. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. He didn't rush me. Asked me a lot of questions based on my paperwork. Answered questions I had. We discussed and agreed on a plan of care. Excellent first visit.

I have had no complaints about Dr. Rodriguez or his office staff. I have been seeing him for quite a few years and he is great. He never rushes you and is very thorough. He will find what is best for you and get your numbers in check if you do what he says. I think the women do their jobs proficiently as far as I can tell.

Don't waste your time. I went for yearly check ups. Called to make a appoinment. Was told he wouldn't see me because I waited a extra 4 months to get I to see him. Had to cancel due to a family illness.

I'm writing on behalf of a patient. Front staff and nurses are rude, they speak like they cannot be bothered with the patient or the reason for visiting or calling. Dr Rodriguez is great but his staff brings his office rating down for us as well as others based on earlier reviews. Poor patient care from office staff. Don't go here if you need something emergent taken care of either they will drag their heels, missed an important work opportunity because of the nursing and front desk staff. Shame

Dr Rodriguez has been taking care of my dad for several years. My dad refers to himself as a "non practicing diabetic", so caring for him is not an easy task! Dr Rodriguez is always patient and very thorough. Recently, I needed to call him after hours, his answering service was pleasant and fast, and Dr Rodriguez couldn't have been any nicer when he quickly returned my call! His staff is always, always pleasant, friendly, and very helpful!

I find Dr. Rodriguez to be extremely knowledgable when it comes to controlling diabetes. Under his guidance, I have been under control for almost 3 years. He listens patiently and keeps excellent records of my visits with him. I would highly recommend him

My diabetes was out of control and nothing seemed to help keep the numbers down until I became a patient of Dr. Rodriguez. He varied my meds until the right combination plus recommended education not only got them under control but has kept them that way for many years now. He always has time to answer all questions and diligently keeps check on progress.

Stay away from this office! The staff is COMPLETELY unprofessional, condescending, and miserable. I've never encountered a more pathetic staff before. The office manager is a miserable person and obviously makes all the girls under her feel the same. Dr. Rodriguez is a good doctor, but it's a shame his staff is a sorry excuse for professionals. Stay far away from this office and do yourself a favor. Absolutely horrible.

Also had terrible interactions with atrocious office staff. Wish I can remember the young girls name but she was incredibly nasty. How does a doctor employ people like this? His business is going to fall apart if he allows it to continue. Office manager not friendly and when I called with a concern she REFUSED to come to the phone. REALLY? Time to find a new doctor.

Office staff is a complete joke. Molly the office office manager is a rude, nasty woman and teaches her office staff to be the same. One of the main issues with the staff revolved around an insurance non payment of $14.00 which obviously became my responsibility. Problem is, I never got a bill while the staff says I did. They sent the $14.00 to collections and refused me as a patient moving forward. You read that correct...$14... Sad for Dr Rodriguez. I did like him. Blessing in disguise...

Office is always clean staff is always friendly and will make you feel comfortable. The Doctor always explains where you are at and the history that led you there. If he changes anything he will let you know why also very nice will give you medication samples from time to time or if you ask. He is thorough and will ask if you have any questions or concerns. Seems to have pretty good availability especially for a specialist.

Dr. Rodriguez shows true concern for his patients. He is informative and answers questions and or concerns without making the patient feel like they are being rushed through their appointment. He takes the time to explain why he is recommending a medication or procedure. He will always asks if you have any questions anout what he has discussed. The appointment time is based on what his patient needs in that particular appointment time I believe and not by the hands of the clock.
