I have been seeing Dr. Romanella for over a decade. He always had time to answer my myriad of questions. I recently ended up in the emergency room and his office called me twice since returning home. They just wanted to make sure I was alright, and gave me some advice on wound care.

Dr. Romanella has been my physician for many years (9) He has always listened carefully to my concerns and has never rushed an appointment. Now that they are part of Hackensack Meridian it makes the practice even that much stronger

Never gave me the attention I deserved.Poor understanding of the care needed.I felt like he just did minimum treatment so he could bill My insurance.Best thing I did was to leave his care.I saw him for a few years before changing to a new physician.His staff is horrible to deal with,this seemed to be a common complaint from what I witnessed each and every time I went over the years.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Joseph Romanella to any family or friends. He was going to take my daughter but when he found out that she had pink eye, he suddenly couldn't, which in turn means that he rejects any sick patients. My other daughter had an appointment scheduled for about a week now and for common courtesy I called to let them know that we were running late. They refused to wait 10 minutes. From my experience, they give terrible costumer service and poor accommodations.
