Terrible office attitudes
I called to let them know I was behind traffic and asked if I should continue the hour long drive and that I may be a few minutes behind. They told me to come along and will see me then. I arrive at the office , check in, pay my copay and sit to wait on my turn. I was then called back to the desk to be told I need to reschedule due to being 9 minutes late and that Dr. Santos is strict on scheduling. I explained that I called , showed her where I had a five minute conversation that I’m behind traffic and most conveniently no one recalls speaking to me. I was never told about their tardy policy nor is it posted in the office when I asked. I DID call before I drove the hour to the office, they DID take my money and then told me to reschedule . My GFR is at 25 , this office does not care about patients and their health nor are they honest on the phone. Very very disappointed , I do confess Dr. Santos is a great Dr. The office staff needs work on their honesty / policies in advance.

Dr. Santos is very patient. He is always prepared. He actually listens to you and takes the time to answer all your questions! He has little mini lessons complete with a video and notebook to help you better understand your condition! Hands down, the best doctor I have ever come in contact with!

Dr. Santos, IKS of Indiana
I see Dr. Santos for all my Kidney issues. Dr. Santos does an excellent job on letting me know what all my records say and explains in a way so I can understand what's going on inside my body. And what needs to be done next. Makes sure what medicine to take or not to take. What I should do or Not do. I recommend Dr. Santos at IKS of Indiana for all your Kidney needs or issues.

Dr. Santos does a great job of explaining tests results and how they impact my kidney function. He is very thorough, takes time to listen to concerns and provides the information I need to continue to maintain my kidney function. He has a positive attitude, always a smile and I always leave feeling that I am being taken care of by one of the best.
