TOP NOTCH experience. The entire staff was caring, professional and knowledgeable, explaining the procedure every step of the way. Staffetti practices laziness
In the hospital, never did a colonoscopy which was necessary. Only watched my symptoms get worse for 4 days & then better on their own, no help from him. Also interrogated me constantly about IV drugs I've never taken & tested negative for. Constantly. But it had to be MY fault when House M.D. there couldn't figure it out. I've been suffering still for over a year with new diagnoses. Anemia & hemorrhaging of rectum or anus. Hepatic Steatosis, Gallbladder wall thickening, Urinary bladder thick walled. Can't get any help from a g.i. dr. Wait time is 8 months. 102.5 fever & headache now. Epilepsy being treated at least.

Dr. Staffetti
Dr. Staffetti was understanding, caring and kind. He allowed me to ask questions and answered them in a manner that I could understand. I did not feel rushed. He gave me his complete attention.. Good Doctor & staff, all went well on surgery day
Every thing was great the day of my surgery, But after 2 weeks tryed getting hold of someone on the phone all day to find out about the biopsy, or have them call me back did not happen, only got answering machine and no return call. Did finally get a call back after trying for a few days.

Patients Beware
Patients beware!!! Mrs Milos, the PA, was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have come across. She began my visit with a very loud and reprimandable tone in her voice and saying “this is an ongoing thing”, I had no idea what she was talking about and was an untrue statement. Having all my medical records, test results, and doctor referrals in front of her, she continued in a rude manner… “Who sent you here and why?” I have been a patient of Dr Staffetti’s for over 30 years and my issue is of enough concern to be referred by another physician. Her lack of concern for my health was atrocious.

Fabulous team
Dr Staffetti and his team really are truly excellent. It is very obvious that they care about their patients and make it their goal to put patients at ease. I felt so totally prepared for my first ever procedure as I was walked through it beforehand. I was also contacted the day before and the day after to check on my welfare. Very impressed and certainly recommend.

Dr. Staffetti has been my personal GI doctor for two years and my work colleague for six. He is patient, kind, and extremely thorough. He works very hard to make sure each patient gets the time they need. Highly recommend him and his practice!
