No Nonsense, No over prescribing.
Be prepared to get a very honest answer. You may feel disrespected but its honestly just professionalism and a hesitation to toss pills at what could very much be a lifestyle issue. He is fantastic with pediatric situations as well. I've been going to him for over a decade now.

I would cross the country to use this doctor. He was able to solve two chronic health issues (extreme nasal polyps affecting my hearing, and debilitating neuralgia following shingles) after consultation with top specialists in the metropolitan area proved fruitless over the years. He listens, researches the latest treatments (including on his own time), and doesn't give up. He works with you. For those who want real solutions to their health problems instead of easy, temporary ones.

This trivelley primary care is very unprofessional. Staff is very rude. The way Doctor Joseph Ulasewicz spoke to me during appointment is very rude and unprofessional. I am changing my PCP as soon as I can and I do not recommend anyone to go this facility. There are only certain thing you can talk about you to PCP. If you talk more, they will charge you directly as your insurance will not cover it. They rip off their patience. No more trivelley PCP.
