Dr. Vetrano is fantastic -- he has an amazing bedside manner, explains everything patiently and acts like your ally and not someone who's judging you or wants to get rid of you. I view him as my partner in health -- he's a great guy and an excellent doctor.

5 star doctor absolutely the best doctor I have ever had he listens well explains excellent his bedside manner is off the charts good

Women, avoid him
Verbally and physically inappropriate, to put it mildly. He seems to think he's being charming. Not a good clinician either, unless you like to undergo unnecessary tests for things you could not possibly have. Seek care elsewhere.

First the NYU Langone Men's Health Center is a world class facility. Truly comprehensive in care and services. Not just for men as I see many women as well. Dr. Joseph Vetrano is a caring, compassionate, extremely competent physician. Listens carefully to your needs and works with you to develop a care plan. Have recommended him to others and everyone else says the same. Using the NYU Health App, he communicates to messages quickly, Only issue is that he is very busy and can be hard to schedule. However if it is urgent, he often finds an opening for you. I live an hour away but would never change my choice of physician.
