Dr. Vilseck uses a voice recorder to go over the results so someone can type them up and mail them out, so that the patient can have a copy of everything that was discussed. My final results did not arrive after over a month, so I called the office; Dr. Vilseck apparently did not hit record for the second half while going over my results, so I will only be receiving partial results. The nurse said something along the lines that if they can gather the rest of the results, they'll mail out additional information, but frankly, this is very unprofessional. I understand that accidents happen, but I believe Dr. Vilseck's office would benefit from having an assistant in the room while Dr. Vilseck goes over results, so that the assistant can take accurate notes to type up, and this situation wouldn't happen again.
