Dr Woolley has been my husband and my physician for over 10 years. I have recommended him to our extended family and many friends. I find him to be easy to converse with, and Knowledgeable about alternative medicine. His office staff is friendly and pleasant to deal with. The office is very busy but the scheduling is such that you do not spend a lot of time in the waiting room. I enjoy using the Patient Portal. I highly recommend Dr Woolley and his Physicians Assistants.

I got in quickly, got labs done quickly. Only had to wait about 7-8 minutes. This is true whether I am ill or yearly physical. Dr. spends an adequate amount of time with you. He listens and documents mostly everything. Great on referrals if you need them.

Dr. Woolley saw me almost immediately even though I arrived at the office without an appointment but was very sick. Dr. Woolley spent a significant amount of time with me and listened to my symptoms and history of my illness as well as examined me. I’m so appreciative of his concern and care. DR. WOOLLEY SAVED MY HUSBANDS LIFE. MY HUSBAND ENDED UP HAVING AN ANGIOGRAM WHICH ENDED UP WITH 5 STENTS PLACED. WE CREDIT DR. WOOLLEYS THOROUGHNESSS FOR THIS LIFE SAVING PROCEDURE.

If your not sick it's a great place to go but if you are sick, they don't care! Other providers bend over backwards to get you in when you're not feeling well but not this place. The almighty dollar seems to have taken over and they have allowed too many patients for this Dr.

I love Dr. Woolley! He is a great listener, kind, knowledgeable, caring, and a great communicater. He takes time to full understand and help his patients. My husband (has kidney disease) and 86 year old father (has had heart surgery and a stroke) also go to him. He has helped me with health issues that other doctors were not able to figure out and help me find the right specialist. His staff is is professional and curious. He tries to find the root of the illness, not just treat the symptoms.

Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with from a healthcare provider. No sense of customer service and conflict resolution. Condescending staff with little bedside manner or basic customer service skills. This place is a churn and burn practice with no attitude towards patient retention, simply sees you as a number in my opinion.
