I wish ALL doctors had the same traits as Dr. Ordway, as I can say in my lifetime thus far he is only the 2nd Doctor I can honestly say is a true Doctor in every aspect.

Receptionist and clerk were nice. However, the medical assistant who took me back prior to doc coming in was very rude. No introduction, no smile. I would say "thank you" and would get no response. First time in my 10yrs coming to this office having this encounter. I still received great care from my physician though.
