Very rude office staff! If you cannot stand up for yourself or your family member, consider finding another office. This is not a review of the doctor.

Office staff
Had been a long time patient and had an insurance change and was turned away and treated rudely, money means more than patient care...what a shame

Good communicator
Dr. Brice listens fully to me as a patient. He gives straight forward answers and advice. I'm very glad to be his patient.

The office does not fax paperwork when they are suppose to. They do not return calls, or schedule procedures that they say they are going to. Have called repeatedly to get procedure scheduled. I personally had to pick up paperwork Very disappointed in office staff! This has happened to both me and my husband. I finally got my EMG. But my husband has still not gotten paperwork or phone call for his sleep study. It has be weeks!!
