MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WAS INFORMATIVE AND WAS DONE WITH CARE. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HAS TO BE DONE . hE DID NOT RUSH THE APPOINTMENTAND MADE ME FEEL CONFITDENT OF HIS SKILLS.

Rude, arrogant and wouldn’t listen to anything I tried to tell him.

The office is very professional and personable. I like that when the doctor comes in the room, they sit down and talk and listen to the patient rather typing into a computer and not really listening like most offices do. I trust their opinions. I have complete confidence in their abilities. I recently had surgery that was successful.

Dr. Joshua Epstein always has a smile when he enters the room and always very polite.

I had seen Sabrina on my previous visit and then Joshua this time. Joshua's treatment plan was very different from that described by Sabrina on my previous visit. I know doctor's have different perspectives but I would think they would work more as a team and be more on the same page than they were. It makes me feel a lack of confidence in the treatment regimen.

This was a wonderful experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Dr. Epstein is very caring and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him and his practice to anyone!

Dr.Epstein is awesome. He explains in detail how things will go. I am due for surgery soon and I feel very confident in his abilities.

Dr. Epstein has a great "bedside manner". The treatment he performed for my foot was successful, and the post-op without complications. The staff is friendly, the facilities and equipment clean and up-to-date. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Very professional, through and caring. Both Dr Epstein’s are truly the best. They make sure to cover everything and make sure you understand everything. They treat you with respect, even if you do something stupid which I did they make sure you are ok.

I’ve been to numerous specialists and Dr. Epstein is the FIRST who really seemed to understand the problem and offer a variety of remedies based on my needs. The front desk, X-Ray staff, and assistants are efficient and PLEASANT (a wonderful change) and the office is clean and has modern technology. I drove an hour to try this doctor and will gladly continue. He’s knowledgeable and really knows how to connect with a patient, to the point of having a remote medical transcriptionist on laptop during appointment to take the notes. This allows him to maintain conversation and contact with the patient the whole time, without those awkward silences where a dr.’s back would be turned as he takes notes or dictates. It’s a time saver for him, I imagine, but also a detail that I’ve never seen at any other office and, from a patient/doctor connection standpoint, makes a huge difference. I will continue there as well as refer other people frustrated with local doctors. Keep up the exemplary work.
