Dr. Flatow was available to see me immediately. At first, I was nervous and hesitant to share my health concerns, but his bedside manner and ability to understand my needs made me feel at ease. I felt comfortable and supported. I am on my way to recovering and I owe it all to him. He is kindhearted and understanding, he is exceptional.

Dr. Flatow has been an incredible support figure through my healing. He has remained non-judgmental and compassionate, even during my deepest periods of vulnerability. He is a great listener and observer, and has been so empathetic and caring. He has always been willing to spend time explaining things and has presented many new treatment options and technology that my former psychiatrists didn’t have. I wouldn’t be doing justice unless I left a review since he has saved my life. His depth and breadth of knowledge is incredible and I recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Flatow saw my husband just one time and made a VERY POOR decision on his care without really knowing his history. Totally unexperienced about my husband. I am contacting the VA to see that he does not work there anymore. My husband is an Alzheimers patient and Dr. Flatow needs to go to medical school to learn how to deal with these types of patients.
