Best pain doctor ever
I've been injured for 28 years. I was a nurse and got hurt lifting a patient. I've had 4 surheries and a bunch of doctors and Dr Hay is my favorite. I've had Dr Hay as my doctor for a year. He has kept me pain tolerant. He cares. He's not trying to keep my pain level so high that I can't tolerate it. I'm back on my horses and my quality of life is so wonderful. Thank you Dr Hay.7

I've been seeing Dr. Hay for a few years, due to chronic back pain. I love Dr. Hay! He ALWAYS listens, cares about his patients, does his best to help, and overall is the best doc I've ever had. If you're an addict looking for a doc who will over-prescribe meds, look elsewhere! I've gotten to know all his staff--they are top-notch. He never pushes you for a procedure. If you're truly looking for a great doc, who can help your pain and keep it under control, I highly recommend Dr. Hay!!

HORRIBLE DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband was going to this doctor and for NO REASON at all this doctor decided to STOP treating my husband. Not one person at this office called my husband to let him know. When my husband didn't receive a phone call regarding his prescriptions refill he called the office and the front desk manager (who is awful and could care less) told him that Dr. Hay decided not to treat my husband anymore. My husband asked why and she said we sent you a letter.

Dr. Hay had been filling my prescription for tramadol for three months, no contact from his office just to the pharmacy per the offices request. I sent in a refill request three days ago and I still haven't gotten the meds. I called the pharmacy and they sent the request in twice. I called his office, and no one was available to speak to me but I was assured that I'd get a call back today, they close at 12. No call. I'm out of pain meds for my back and they don't care.

When I started seeing him I really liked him. He seemed to listen and care about what I was saying. I noticed that each month he spent less time listening or asking questions. Then a month after a UA I was told that there was amphetamine in my system. He informed me that he would not risk his license and ceased further communication even when I asked a question he just ignored me and walked off. He basically abandoned me as a patient with no referral. I now know it was due to an OTC med .
